1. Eligibility : Applicants must be individuals (e.g., housewives, teachers) with a passion for education and availability to operate a center part-time or full-time.
2. Franchise Fee : No initial franchise fee is required, making it a low-cost opportunity with minimal investment.
3. Training : Franchisees must complete training provided by our experienced Abacus trainers at all levels, covering Abacus Training and Vedic Maths.
4. Support : Aaryabhatta Abacus provides marketing materials, a franchisee network, and ongoing operational guidance.
5. Territory : Franchisees are granted exclusive rights to operate within a designated city or area in Maharashtra, subject to approval.
6. Duration : The franchise agreement is valid for 5 years, renewable upon mutual consent and compliance with terms.
7. Performance : Franchisees are expected to maintain quality standards and enroll a minimum of 20 students within the first 6 months.
8. Termination : The agreement may be terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice if terms are breached.
9. Confidentiality : Franchisees must protect proprietary training materials and business strategies.
10. Liability : Aaryabhatta Abacus is not liable for losses due to local market conditions or franchisee mismanagement.
